Main Objective

The multidisciplinary and international study SeGeMi will be divided into four coordinated modules. These modules will concentrate on analysis and improvement of different aspects of mental health care for people with an immigration background.

The collected data will contribute to determining the needs of people with an immigration background in terms of mental health care, setting standards for cross-cultural openness in the mental health care system and evaluating their implementation.

This will represent an important contribution to the integration of people with an immigration background within the field of health care.
